Better MIO

描述
This mod adds new Military Industrial Organizations (MIOs) for all four types, one for each type:

1. Bastion Armory(Tanks)
2. ArmadaCraft Shipbuilding(Ships)
3. Warhawk Dynamics(Planes)
4. Vanguard Armament Co.(Materiel)

More realistic/hard version of this mod in my workshop

The AI will not use these MIOs in most cases.

Industrial and scientific organizations were also added, their cost is higher than the standard ones, but the benefits are much higher

The categorizations of light, medium, and heavy tanks are useless because, by default, the bonuses of armor are applied. This also includes battleships, cruisers, and destroyers, which will be classified as capital ships and escort ships. Therefore, separate categorizations are meaningless.
I noticed this issue when using the modified versions I previously released. Now I have optimized them.

Helicopter cannot benefit from air force MIO

Think it would be better if Helicopters were moved to the infantry or tank MIOs seeing as the only bonus they benefit from that MIO are speed and reliability
