Clicking that link makes steam tell me it contains dubious stuff that I've told Steam I do not want to see, and I just have zero interest in.
I wonder if you could make it compatible with this?
For some extra boob size without it leaning against against Terraria's original style too much or being too horny.
The reason why it isn't showing up in the manage mods page is because this is not a mod, it's a resource pack!
Simply click the "Use Resource Packs" button in the bottom right of the workshop tab instead, you should see this pack in there and should be able to enable it.
My bad, that's simply an edit on the eye that I by mistake included in the thumbnail I made. It was kind of a general example color, but the lil bit of shade on the top eye pixel is possible to get with a workshop pack on here.
"Better Eyes (Short EyeLashes)" by OkeiDokei. I recommend it wholeheartedly! Unfortunately with the way eye color works I don't think you can get exactly the thumbnail's hues, though, since the pixels are two slightly different colors.
