*********Not compatible with ''Realms in Exile BETA''/Use CK3 1.12.5*********


This is a submod for ''Realms in Exile'' which make my ''Crusader Wars'' mapper compatible with it.

Thanks to the ''Crusader Wars'' mod, you can now enjoy the best of each worlds :

- The depth and role-play of a Crusader Kings 3 campaign with the mod ''Realms in Exile''.
- The epic and strategic battles of Attila : Total War with the mod ''The Dawnless Days''.



FEATURES :

- Fully playable campaign map : Every single ''Realms in exile'' cultures and MAA are linked to 30 uniques ''Dawnless Days'' rosters.

- Dynamic roster : Characters like the ''Witch King'', ''Khamûl'', or the others Nazgûl, will be present on the battlefield if they are leading their army.

- Custom ''Dawnless Days'' battle maps linked to the ''Realms in Exils'' campaign map.

- If you fight a battle in a county with a special building, you'll play the battle on a custom map (Isengard, Edoras, Mount Doom etc...)

- Now compatible with ''Númenor'' submod !

PROBLEMS ?

- To launch the battle in Attila, go to ''Battles''/''Historical Battles''.
- Don't forget to desactivate the other mappers in the Crusader Wars app.
- Be sure that your ''Attila'' install is working BEFORE use it with ''Crusader Wars'' ! Launch an Attila custom battle with all the LoftR submods enabled.
-During the loading of the battle, Attila will freeze, just wait a moment.
- In case of crash/invisible units etc... Check the ''Crusader Wars'' Discord and fill a crash report

I followed Havie's instructions but I have a problem with the Realms in Exile and Dawnless Days mods, when I go to start a battle, Attila Total War loads but the battle doesn't appear in the historical battles section, only the two battles that come by default in DD appear. Any ideas?

What features are currently functioning? So far everything seems fine except for the custom maps connected to special buildings.

I've been working with the Crusader Wars dev to fix the Men at arms issues. I also started investigating whats up with the current compatibility issues.

For those that want to make this work with the current live version of LOTR 1.15 you need to make a 3rd mod loaded after LOTR that has the original Crusader Wars frontend_ingame_menu.gui file. (Or manually delete it from LOTR)

For some reason the LOTR team included this extra, unused file that prevents Crusader Wars from working in their latest release.

Unfortunately, while it works, it seems too many of the units simply were not or are no longer mapped properly, feels like a lot of missing units when entering battles. Such a cool idea but might not be worth playing on an old version of the lotr mod as likely you wont fight the battles in attila after awhile due to missing units >.<
