CBC - XXII.Harpalyke "Nightwing"

The XXII.Harpalyke is a stealth tactics fighter in service for the Ananke Refinery. It is the 22nd moon of Jupiter and corresponds to the Ananke moon cluster.
Just like its predecessors from the Amalthea Colony this upgraded fighter also has the landing mode technology outfitted (Hotbar number 3). The landing gear will be suspended and the lights will be turned off. Once locked the thrusters and weapons will be too. Harpalyke is a very heavy fighter lacking mobility. It is designed to stay in range with its railguns and fight of any small vessels it encounters with gatlings.
Although capable of flying in atmospheric environments it cannot take off from earthlike planets. A carrier craft is required. It is to note that Harpalyke can't land on the moon as it exceeds the maximum sustainable gravity force of 0.2 g. Escaping its gravity well with the rear thrusters is possible.

The design is inspired by Star Citizen's Vanguard by Aegis.

The Ananke Refinery is building its ressource empire and needs some kind of defense. Pirates want to gather the ressources Ananke's employees worked hard for. Together with the XXXIII.Euanthe it fights of any threats to the station. Multiple Euanthe frigates would engage in close quarter combat and take the hits while the Harpalyke nightwings would stay behind them and snipe their targets with railguns. Because the Ananke Refinery doesn't have access to uranium yet and hydrogen is risky for a fighter the Harpalyke is close to its limits of the batteries with its power consumption. That is why the Ion Thrusters turn off automatically when the certain gravity force of 0.3 g is exceeded to save power when flying in an atmosphere. There is an emergency beacon issuing a mayday if Harpalyke crashes.
