I miss all the stories lol
--- On Audacity ---
Audacity is a thing. It's no longer 100% freeware, and is ""acquired"" by some Russian company. It's now 'collecting data' and doing some other stuff with 'malware-ish' properties. You can find a bunch of the information in their altered ToS (yes it stands out from industry standards). It's been that way for 2 years now. Probably can find a good video on it somewhere in 'someordinarygamer' YT library.
If you listen really closely with it at max volume you can for sure hear some crunch but you don't need perfect audio in zomboid; they're likely going to be background audio and it's actually thematically accurate for the time period.
Other important note; if if you're putting the songs in both tapes and Vinyls make sure to manually delete the duplicates in the tapes and change all the .ogg references in the tapes folder to use the Vinyl oggs.
Other than the application, any pointers to avoid noticeable quality reduction would be nice.
I might make some mods to compliment the Twilight Series sometime soon.
Thinking about it, because I like casual storytelling tapes to listen to during my playthrough,
and I know a bunch of good stuff that others might like too (I mean A LOT more than the 20-ish Twilight tapes).
