XP boost global map shops general

Title + xp is 2.5X and shops 100% chance + always general store after first floor for the mines/swamp and weight slows you down by 50% less.

Global map share still requires the player to hold a light to share his map.

Made for quick runs with my group but others might want this/could also tweak the numbers yourself in the gameplaymodifiers in the data folder of the mod to your preference.

All players must have it installed else massive desync.

It also disables achievements but this should make the game nearly impossible to lose beyond the first level
