IM NOT THE ORIGINAL CREATOR

I reupload this mod with a lot of change.

- Bulletproof percentage working (Before you take bullets while you keep a bullet vest)

- Logs system before didnt work, we implemented LogExtender inside the admin logs. (ex: user MandoDB1 killed MandoDB2)

- All clothing can take damage now
- Removing True Crawl/True Crounching from the mod (cause anti-cheat 12)
- Fixed XP System

personally i couldnt care less about the log extender, the bulletproof % working is the important part.also the xp system
