ACE FRIES All Helicopters

描述
Config tweak. Adds option for ACE Fast Rope Insert/Extract System (FRIES) to all helicopters that inherit from Helicopter_Base_H (which includes most, if not all, transport helicopters). Will be compatible with any helicopters from mods such as CUP that inherit from this base class. Requested by a friend.

The FRIES system will not be properly lined up with most models, but any configs that exist for specific helicopters will overwrite the base config, so it won't break anything that's properly configured.

In order to use the ACE fast-rope system with a helicopter, it must be enabled for that helicopter in the editor, but most modded helicopters do not have the option to add FRIES and thus can't be used with ACE fast-roping. As the description says, this mod adds the option for the ACE fast-rope system to most if not all transport helicopters.
