Waste Industry Collection

this is a collection of waste industry facilities and other stuff
It includes:
-(small) General Recycling facility
-(small) waste treatment plant
-(big) gravel recycling plant
-depolymerasation plant (plastic waste to oil/highly inefficient unfortunatly)
-(big) waste storage
-two incinerators and a small biowaste heating plant for different types of waste (these come in two version a regular one and one that works like this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3035907116)
-big and small biogas plant
-two sewage treatment plants
-pig high rise and a livestock hall
-woodgas production plant
-woodpellet plant

- added rdf plant (this converts garbage to coal, so it can be burned in a coal power plant (for game logic reasons it will produce ash, this cant be deactivated)
