描述
Global recruitment is the mechanic where you can recruit outside your own territory for greater costs and recruitment time.

By disabling this feature, all factions have to be in their own territory, or have unique mechanics, to recruit new troops when abroad.

Should be compatible with next-to everything.

Hey, Pixy. I made this mod per a request, and haven't tested it extensively. As I understand, recruitment remains the same, just requiring the AI to return to its territory.

How does the AI handle no global recruitment?

Do they typically make stranger armies i.e. 15 war wagons?
