• Does it work without TchernoLib? No.
  
• Does it work without MoodleFramework? Yes, but the moodle will not appear.
  
• Can I add it / remove it from an existing game? Yes.
  
• Does this mod work without a dedicated map? Not really. You can test the burning effect by associating it with any tile (see Here for details). But this mod is intended for the use on Stalker Project server.
  
• Does it work in multiplayer? It should, tests are not done yet please share your experience in the comments section.
