Dorsett City Hotel (Hotels DLC)

Dorsett City Hotel by Waluter with the original model here, now available for the Hotels & Retreats DLC. It is based on Dorsett City, a luxurious 4-star hotel located at 9 Aldgate High St, London that also houses a 24-hour restaurant, a gym and a skybar with a great view over London's financial district.

It's got its own settings, not from any template. And it has colour variation.
Its main model also got very high tris count, but also a brilliantly low of the LOD model. Which should help your computers.
