this rebalance was purely made for multiplayer skirmish.
i do not know how it will play out in the campaign.

Can one play the campaign with it ?

Do you see the five stars on the top right corner? To the left of those there's the title of the mod. Just below it there are "description", "discussions", "comments" and "change notes". Click on "discussions".

Alternatively, do you see the title of the discussion I created just above the this comment? Slightly above it there's "popular discussions". To the right of it there's "view all (1)", and you can access the discussions tab by clicking it.

In the discussions tab, on the right, below the mod's thumbnail, click on "subscribe to forum", and you'll be notified whenever someone creates a new discussion.

If you whish to be notified of new posts inside a discussion, enter the discussion and click "subscribe to discussion". This too is on the right, below the thumbnail.

yes i did miss it. steam don't ping me when new discussion are made. only when i get a comment here.
