[HD] Sniper Rework

This rework aims at making HD's Sniper more balanced by combining of BFE and SS4 Sniper.

• 30 total ammo capacity for +3 ammo per pickup (still doubled in Serious);
  
• Hipfire damage increased to 150 damage (up from 75 --enough to kill a kleer);
  
• Auto-fire is disabled.

To compensate for the changes, some enemies now have different sniper resistance:
Numbers of sniper shots required for a kill

• Adult Arachnoid: 3 (up from 2);
  
• Demon: 3 (down from 4).

DISCLAIMER: This mod changes the files for the aforementioned enemies, so it will conflict with other mods modifying the same enemies!

Some Sniper visual mods will also lock the firing rate making the weapon really slow. this mod is highly suggest as a combo since the reduced resistances of enemies really help to make the weapon feel a little bit stronger.
