Minecraft cave sounds replace "zombiechoir" sounds (L4D2 Campaigns)

描述
Replaces zombiechoir sounds in L4D2 campaigns with cave sounds from Minecraft. There's 7 sounds in total (the iconic train whistle sound uses two slots).

The Cave sounds included are (from the Minecraft Wiki):
-Sound 1 (Train whistle)
-Sound 2 (Angelic ooooo)
-Sound 4 (Venting air)
-Sound 10 (Violin)
-Sound 12 (Ghostly whoosh)
-Sound 13 (Short wind)

A version for L4D1 campaigns will come at another time.
Please let me know if any of these don't work.

It's actually been so long that I think I've accidentally deleted the files :( It's also really tedious to make sure the soundmods work, so I am not sure if I'll upload them. Maybe someday.
