Switch On either A, B, or both and observe each of the output LEDs if these inputs are gated with various gates.

toggle these 4 buttons in the center. from right to left values are: 8, 4, 2, 1.

these value will be summed up and converted to Hex number on the Segment display top left.

There is also a bottom right corner button, which basically only toggles Comma dot on the segment display.

Hex when Decimal is at 0 to 9 are same 0 to 9, but when further above, it goes A to F.
