I double checked and it works fine on items from the base game, just not items from mods I think.
It is just everything I wanted to dye was from a mod.
Well really by "from a mod" I think it means the model is from the mod.
I tried it on an item that uses a model from the base game but it's data and ID are "from a mod" and it worked. But other items with brand new models aren't working. At least I'm guessing they're models and/or textures from mods.
In at least one case the item could be dyed from the dyer's bench but not this mod.
lol but I prefer your experience.
hmm any word on a fix?
Unfortunately it doesn't work for me.
It doesn't show the preview of the selected colors and doesn't actually change the colors of things I've tried.
The only result I can see on what I've tried so far is very weird.
It just sets the concussion damage and harvest power on each dyed item. The values seem to not be based on the dyes selected. They're the same for each such item.
I may need to review the code to make sure the base colors are not being washed out by default.
Possibly position in load order?
