Updated for b42

b41 files are still there so it still works in b41.

This mod adds customizable chances of generators having random condition and random fuel, as well as a chance of being connected.

ive been having problems fueling my generators i cant fuel any of them past 10%

I like the idea, but this mod is bugged. Not only it ofter spawns 2 generators close to each other, it also spawnes generators in places where i previously took it.

I periodically find 2 generators in one tile, this needs to be fixed.

@Mitchel Vories In vanilla b42 if I remember correctly only the Old Generator has random condition. None of them have fuel.
And in the upcoming b42 patch their noise radius and rate of degradation will vary as well.
