Better Settlers

QoL mod that improves Settlers a little bit.
Most simply get +1 Map Movement.
The better Settlers(Allayi and Roving Clans) get smaller buffs - Fly for Allayi, +1 Vision for Roving Clans
Some factions get a few extra buffs for various reasons.
Kapaku get a cavalry class settler, basically +2 map movement. Bigger need for good settlers cause they want volcanic regions or get slowed down by terraforming.
Wild Walkers get the Crusher Capacity, allowing them to move through terrain - especially forests - unhindered. Should help them out settling in good spots.
Morgawr get +2 Movement, cause they also really want pretty specific spots to settle in.
Cultists and Mykara get pretty big buffs, cause they only ever get the one Settler and rely on a good location.
Both get +4 Map Movement.
Mykara get Crusher, allowing them to move through terrain unhindered.
Cultists get +2 Vision Range, which should really help them finding a great spot.
