[TTT] Clutterbomb

The Clutterbomb is a special grenade item for Trouble in Terrorist Town.

The Clutterbomb is part of the generic weapons pool and will appear alongside other grenades like Discombobulators and Incendiary Grenades.

After 1 second, the Clutterbomb 'detonates'. Rather than causing an explosion or dealing damage, it instead spawns a pile of road barriers, crates, pallets and traffic cones.

• Use the Clutterbomb to create an instant obstruction, blocking chokepoints, jamming doors, immobilising NPCs or just making an area harder to traverse.
  
  
• Remember that you can destroy the props the Clutterbomb spawns to clear a path.
  
  
• The Clutterbomb has a random chance to spawn explosive barrels instead of clutter. Listen out for the klaxon sound and be prepared for an impromptu deathtrap.
  
  
• If you enable the Rare Events convar (see below), it has an even smaller chance to spawn special items that can normally only be purchased from the shop.

This addon pairs well with my Weapon Spawn Ratio Mod which alters the spawn rates of the various weapon types to make grenade as numerous as they were in vanilla TTT:

Convars:
ttt_clutterbomb_maxjunk 8
Changes how many junk props will spawn if the event gets triggered.

ttt_clutterbomb_maxbarrels 4
Changes how many barrels and cones will spawn if the event gets triggered.

ttt_clutterbomb_rareevents 0
Controls whether the Clutterbomb should also be able to spawn silly props and shop items. Set this to 1 to enable it.

ttt_clutterbomb_rareevents_numofitemstospawn 1
Controls how many weapons should spawn when the rare secret condition is rolled.
