Sweeper Gear

Adds a few items based on the Sweepers from the games "Lobotomy Corporation" and "Library of Ruina". Can be crafted at fabricator.

Sweeper Mask: A decently protective headgear with stats comparable to a ballistic helmet, but offering slightly less protection against lacerations and gunshot wounds. Can function as an oxygen mask, and only consumes oxygen when needed (like pucs). There are three variants that function identically.
Crafting Cost: 1 Diving mask, 1 Physicorium, 1 Unidentified genetic material

Sweeper Suit: Body armor with similar protection to a combat diving suit. Does not cover head, nor does it provide pressure protection on its own.
Crafting Cost: 2 Physicorium, 3 Ballistic fiber, 1 Unidentified genetic material

Sweeper Hook: Single-handed weapon with decent range that deals acid damage. Deals bonus damage against unconscious targets. When using this weapon while wearing the Sweeper Suit, heal a small amount upon hitting a character; bonus healing when hitting a dead character.
Crafting Cost: 3 Dementonite, 2 Titanium-aluminum alloy

Set Bonus (Wearing both Sweeper Mask and Sweeper Suit):
- 6000m pressure protection
- Passive ability, Persistence: 50% chance to heal some HP after dropping to 0 vitality. 30 second cool-down.
