Better Air FX

This mod, obviously, improves the way planes are in the air. Although it doesn't change any models (mostly for compatibility reasons) it does:
- Increased/improved plane model speeds
- Plane models stop moving when paused
- Visible missiles will be accurate to actual launched missiles
- Visible planes will be more (but not completely) accurate to actual launched planes
- Dogfights, dropped bombs, etc are more common
- Rocket speed is doubled
- Fixed bug where planes turn 180 degrees in under a second
