This mod disables the idle voice-lines of the coffer-dude accountant person..

(The mod doesn't edit any basegame assets and is compatible with everything)

No it didn't.. the mod is working perfectly fine.
You probably accidentally removed it from your modlist or you added a modded coffer that is a copy of the original and not derived from it so it's not affected by this mod.
