Adds Teslov's[sketchfab.com] Grignr's Blue Rose Battleaxe[sketchfab.com] model as a new, Heavy-Class weapon.

It spawns mostly on bandits.

Being slotted in many locations of the head, this axe provides adequate methods of defense.

The original skin is not incorporated and this is not compatible with skins for the original model.

Weapon added to weapon lists at value 1 0 0, place at bottom of load list, import to randomize who spawns with it.
(previous list values that exceed a total of 100 will not allow this weapon to spawn, you may need another mod to rectify this.)
