To change Flashlight settings - Spawn Menu->Utilities->User->Flashlight

no TF2 Death Sounds on TF2 VOICE COMMANDS???

i got a problem not about the flashlight, but about the tf2 voice commands addon, when i try to press the button to view the commands menu, it just doesnt work, i tried to rebind it and it still didnt work
