This mod modifies the mechanics of the empire's factions to give the player a little more possibilities.

Imperial authority has been modified so as not to "force" the player to always have the same behavior, now you can choose 2 paths and both will obtain a series of benefits for the player.

This mechanic did not need many tweaks, I simply added some extra bonus depending on the number of books owned.
