Brings back the purple fire effect HHH used to had from older versions of TF2 by using $keyvalues.

A note to Valve, there's a readme file that links to a Github post[github.com] that shows the coding error made and a possible solution rather then having to modify HHH's model but the modified model will still be provided if needed.
