It's the intro video from halo Wars
you know its the one that says microsoft studios then 343 industries with the sci fi noises

You're gonna have to be a lil tech savvy to install it
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Head to (DRIVE):\Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Content\Movies
and find the file called "FMS_logo_microsoft_7_1_.bk2" make a copy of that (we're backing it up)
Then you should have 2 of the Original Startup videos.

Delete the original "FMS_logo_microsoft_7_1_.bk2" and let the copy stay


Go to (DRIVE):\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\976730\3039523570

Find my video within the mod called "FMS_logo_microsoft_7_1_.bk2"

Copy my Video and paste it into (DRIVE):Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Content\Movies

Unfortunately you can't change the startup intro without editing the files
Waiting for them to add support for it
