描述
this truly is an Enhanced Battle Rifle!
dark blue circut texture, with neon accents
with special 'Crimson Dragon' Bullets. (Black cases with Red tops, see the screenshot)
[Note: the special bullets are just cosmetic, and do not effect gameplay]

The glow effect was created by 'Overnight'

that's what I do when making them,
this was one of my older works, and the streached part of the textures made it a bit hard,
but I plan on remaking it eventually.

i'd recomend using the original texture for referance, have the game open and alt-tab in and out, also mat_reloadallmaterials will reload the skins if you want to just edit, save then apply to see how it looks ingame without reloading the map

it only shows up in first person view,
it will not show up as this when on the ground, or when help by a friend/foe.

and yes I agree it's a bit messy, but since it's all done in 2D some parts get streched,
and it's hard to figure out where to put the outlines to make them straight.

but yes, it could have been better.

you should actually make it glow... also cleaning up the texture would help, it honestly looks like it was drawn by a 7 year old on it... tron style should y'know, be straight edged and such

Well I mainly just use my own 'cyberpunk' skins, I have an AKM, and SKS in that style as well:
