Innate Cat Familiar

Edits the Summon Cat Familiar skill to have no memory requirement. (You still have to learn it, but it won't take up any memory slots.)

• Conflicts with anything that edits the Summon Cat Familiar skill ('Summon_Cat' skill data entry). Edits to the summon itself and its abilities are fine.

The Black Cat mods I was looking into don't actually seem to edit the skill itself, so they seem fine. Let me know if something comes up, it's more than likely I'll be able to do something about it.
