Automatic bot takeover

You automatically take over a bot if you die while all human players are dead. If only you are dead and some human player is alive you can take over a non-incapped bot using !steal_bot chat command. Your character will remain the same but you inherit everything else from the bot that's being taken over. Also your secondary weapon will fall from your dead body when you take over a bot
