Used https://ezgif.com/ to make the gif after using https://streamlabs.com/ to record the video and https://www.bandicam.com/bandicut-video-cutter/ (bandiCut) to cut thide to length.

Unfortunately the video was in 4K but the gif editor won't make it into a 4K GIF. The wallpaper is still in 4K, just the image is not 4K. If you can make a similar gif of this in 4K I would be happy to update it with that option; or if you can recommend me a better gif maker that will make it 4K. In heinsite, I could of used a video file. Might come back to this idea later.
