We're horrified to discover that the CIA attempted an assassination on multiple people of interest using a train bomb in Capital City.

The notable figures are members of our own department. The Contractors located intel from our last operation regarding their planned movements.

The reason insurgents had a file on them is because they were trying to flee the country, and the only people who could get them out without the CIA behind their backs were the people we've sworn to erase from our nation.

We can assume they wanted to expose the chemical fiasco and point the western weapon trade to the CIA.

Knowing this, our new bosses went for a remote approach, and detonated a bomb on a train to stage it as a terrorist attack.

It failed, and with the "snitches" still alive, we're sent in to clean up our own people.

Eliminate all hostiles.

It pains us to know we have to take out our former members, but at the end of the day, collaborating with the insurgency is treason, and must be dealt with accordingly.
