Spell of Mastery Tweaks - Does Nothing

The needed changes are rather simple and minor. What it does is overwrite the Spell of Mastery spell data so that it's AI evaluation points to a function that returns 0 (zero), and its implementation to a function that does nothing. The mod also overwrites the spell description; I'll leave the new description as an Easter egg.

Although I frequently add it to my games, this mod is also simple enough that, if it doesn't crash on load, then it *should* work. Given this is a computer program, and given my experience with computer programming, I guarantee *nothing* lol.

So it works only with the current version? But it works I hope, because not much info is shown when I start a new game :O

I only test with the latest stable version.

Does this work with 1.08.27 version?
