* Let it download
* Start L4D2 and let your workshop mods load
* Close L4D2
* Go to L4D2 directory: ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
* Select VPK 3037416505 and (CTRL-C)
* Go to L4D2 directory: ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons
* Right-click Paste (CTRL-V)
* Unsubscribe from the mod on the workshop
* Rename 3037416505 to whatever (It Doesn't Matter)
* Play L4D2

I will say that I recommend adding other members who created Blitzo with me and also links to download the 4 addons separately if they want to download them separately
