Like the comment from user agaev34 mentioned, yes Reichswehr tunics did not have waist pockets, but the last iteration of the Reichswehr Tunic, the M33, had waist pockets, like the Wehrmacht's M36 tunic. So maybe have both options, alongside Great Coats.
