The phone backgrounds and the flashlight are compatible but you have to choose between Hotd or Sankarea backgrounds because they replace the same original backgrounds, you can do that at the main menu>extras>addons
So you can activate hotd backgrounds and hotd flashlight or Sankarea backgrounds and hotd flashlight.
