Reload and re-use your spent ammunition!

For the savvy shooter: The all-new, second edition, Reloader's Handbook! Find out just how you can save yourself hours of headache searching for the right ammo to shoot! Learn how to make the best out of your limited ammunition in an end-of-the-world scenario! Includes easy to follow recipes for homemade gunpowder and primers, allowing full recovery and re-use of up to 80% of fired rounds!

- Collect your spent casings - but be wary, some might end up unusable or just get lost!
- Find some new primers and gunpowder for your casings - or make your own with the handbook's recipe and common household chemicals!
- Recover lead metal and cast new bullets, all in the comfort of your shelter!
- Search your local gun store for a copy of the Reloader's Handbook, as well as a reloading press!
- And finally: Let it all come together and form brand new, reliable ammunition!

Includes built-in compatibility for Vanilla Firearms Expanded, as well as an additional patch for Inventory Tetris to help with large amounts of tiny items.

Compatible with any mod that only uses vanilla / VFE ammunition and reload types, not compatible with weapon overhauls (Brita's et al.)

Makes use of Lua Timers and Item Tweaker API.

the mod seems pretty straight forward at first but then you realise it is a hassle just to figure out what tools you need to make some parts for the ammo a guide for the prosses for how things are working would be great so far i cant recomend that mod at all

Do you have any plans to update to B42, or would you be okay with someone reuploading a B42 version with credits?
Love your mods and would love to see this in my 42 mod list!! :spiffo:

Hopefully fixed the melee break error, let me know if it persists. As for 5,45, I won't be adding any new content now but possibly when B42 releases.

Hi krabi, great mod, have you think add the ability in a future update to craft 5.45 ammo from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R VFE pack?, and idk why, but i get an error when a melee weapon breaks :(

Released an update that should make the mod compatible with most crossbows, no matter the source mod. If anything doesn't work, let me know!

Thank you and sorry again for the annoyance, not sure what the easiest way to accomplish that would be, but if a 'casing blacklist' based on weapon/ammo ID or even a 'whitelist per caliber' is possible it might add full compatibility at the cost of some user input.
But like I said regardless, appreciate your work and your mod, and it's in my opinion, the most well balanced and intuitive mod of its kind. Cheers!

I won't get around to it on the weekend, but I'll see what I can do on Monday. I'll try to work out a more comprehensive fix that should fix any bolt-type ammo.
