General Notes
  • Bullet Speed increases the distance projectiles fly, i.e. bullet range.
  • Unlocking the level 20 weapon perks allows you to select a second level 10 perk. Unlocking level 30 allows you to select a level 10 or level 20 perk, respectively.
  • The in-game timer does not show hours. After an hour it will show "00" instead of "60".
  • Enemies scale in HP and speed, not in numbers.
  • Bosses spawn at deterministic points in time (rougly after 6, 13, and 20 minutes).
  • Enemies spawn on diagonals through the player's position.

Bonus: Build Recommendations
Here are two contrastive builds that I want to recommend (spoiler alert).

In both cases build:
  • Bulk (full tree) and Quick Draw (full tree) for damage.
  • Shield Barrier as an "accident insurance".

Light Build

Dark Build
  • prefer a ranged weapon and increase Bullet Speed for more range.
  • Blind Telekinesis (Concealed Fatigue, top, tier 3) for damage, crowd control, and EXP collection.
  • Bullet Flower (Quick Draw, bottom, tier 3) and Electricity for "vision" (the sparks effect is the hint at enemies' position) and damage.
  • Akimbo (Shield Barrier, bottom, tier 3) for protection of your back.
  • Tempest (Electricity, top, tier 3) for damage.

No WASD, plox!
If you want to be standing still, be sure to include:
  • Meet Your Maker (Slowed Projectiles, bottom, tier 2) for no more bullet hell.
  • Bullet Flower (Quick Draw, bottom, tier 3) and Electricity for "vision" and damage.
  • Akimbo (Shield Barrier, bottom, tier 3).
  • Electromagnetism (Electricity, top, tier 2) or Light Magnet (Swiftness, bottom, tier 3) for EXP collection (optional, unless going for a highscore)

The diagonals applies when standing still, but enemies will spawn at any point along the edge you are moving towards, otherwise, great reference and I hope you get it updated for the new weapon and perks.
