描述
The Illusive Man -- Jack Harper -- your greatest hope against the Contingency threat.

I made this as a personal mod a few months prior to uploading, back when ElevenLabs[elevenlabs.io] offered voice cloning on free trial accounts.

While the generic voice lines reference Mass Effect, the actual voice lines you'll hear in the game are short and non-exclusionary, so you don't have to worry about references to humanity if you just want to use him on an alien empire because you like his voice.
