Boris points forward with a "That's it" as the GoAnimate logo shortly appears in front of him. On hit, Boris grounds the opponent and a bar of his meter fills up.
To use Meter, hold Grab during most attacks to use a Meter point. The list of Meter usage is listed below:

Boris points forward with 4 frames of invincibility. If hit, Boris freezes the current match as he starts jumping around and dealing damage to the targetted opponent/s. Once finished, he tells everyone that got hit to go to their room as they fly away crying.
