Model made by Valve.
Turned into enhanced (for both SFM and GMOD) version by me.

Features are:
*additional bones made by me;
*bodygroups;
*additional skins (made by https://gamebanana.com/members/741726 , https://gamebanana.com/members/745643 , https://gamebanana.com/members/1315675 , https://gamebanana.com/members/807358 and https://gamebanana.com/members/521085 );
*simple physic.

I noticed in the preview images a flex or stretch to change the length of the jar.
Does the liquid also have same function as well?
