I-100 AX "Broadhead" Light Interceptor

Designed in 2213 by Yamati Heavy Industries on request of the League of United Colonies the I-100 AX fills the gap between a normal interceptor and a fighter craft. The craft was originally supposed to be acting as a short range patrol craft for the Colonial Policy Authority, but after testing proved successful the Department of the Military ordered a number of testing craft.

The I-100 AX entered official service in 2218, and has since then been the standard Light Interceptor for the Colonial Military.
