Nomad Warning System.

The Nomad Warning System is a dynamic alert mechanism designed explicitly for role-playing servers like DarkRP, ScpRP, and others within Garry's Mod. Whether you're a server administrator or a regular player, this tool allows you to easily issue warning alerts to enhance in-game communication and manage disruptive behavior.

In-Game Functionality:
Instant Activation: To trigger a warning, simply enter !alert or /alert in the chat. A level one warning will be immediately issued, alerting all players in the vicinity.

Multi-Level Warnings: The Nomad Warning System features three distinct warning levels to escalate the situation as needed:

Warning One: Your basic attention grabber.
Warning Two: For when things are getting serious.
Warning Three: The final call before action is taken.

Smart Cooldown: The system imposes a 5-second cooldown between warnings. This ensures warnings are not spammed but are also responsive to the situation's urgency.

Auto-Reset: If 15 seconds have elapsed since the last warning, the player's warning level will reset to one, allowing for a fresh start.

Public Alerts: All warnings are broadcast in-game, ensuring all participants are aware of the situation and can act accordingly.
