Chameleon II LTAA

Part personnel carrier and part anti-aircraft vehicle, the Chameleon II's primary armament is a potent, high velocity rotary autocannon, firing at several hundred RPM. Its standard belt of airbursting fragmentation rounds is devastating to light aircraft and unarmoured vehicles, and while relatively ineffectual against harder targets it has a considerable suppressive effect, often blinding crews by forcing them to hunker down or otherwise damaging their viewing equipment. Additionally, its advanced radar tracking system allows for the detection and engagement of incoming munitions with the main cannon, providing a dome of protection to itself and allies, an effect further bolstered by its employment of strong radar decoys to confuse incoming missiles. Technically banned for anti-infantry use, there remains no shortage of reports of employment in this role; the results speak for themselves.
