Ban Random Seed

Randomseed is the thing computers use to know how to make their "as random as a computer can be" numbers "appear random", by setting it thoroughly and then preventing addons from changing it again -- this addon can prevent it from being set to weak or seemingly improbable streaks. For example, Waluigi Launcher sets the randomseed to the current OS time -- one of the worst possible values for randomness during runtime, every single time it thinks, meaning:


Ban Random Seed is an addon that is meant to replace Ban Randomseed:

• Noise Complaints The debug prints only fire when developer 1 is set.
  
• Traceable Prints Find out where addons are changing randomseed.
  
• Isn't Legacy Uses a gma, and not a legacy bin, meaning no annoying errors about it.
  
• Thorough On Windows The original addon cites not being thorough enough on Windows machines, so this version cycles the RNG to compensate and bring them to parity.
