Brigadier Raxus / Cardinal

Raxus is one of many non-cloned military officers in the remnant. What sets him apart from his peers however is the fact he uses a unique mech in battle. It is not known how he came into possession of the Cardinal or where it is even from and Raxus is not willing to let Ameleit engineers take it apart to reverse-engineer the tech. His higher-ups are willing to let him keep the mech until they win the conflict, something Raxus at least agrees to.

Raxus is a careful opponent who can keep a good distance away from his enemies. When he switches to air mode he will bombard enemies with homing rockets.
