Old residential pack of 4 buildings, quite appropiate for early games:

-"Miners House": housing 40 workers with a quality of living of 84%. Self-heating available.
-"Miners Block": housing 65 workers with a quality of living of 82%
-"Miners Block Small": housing 30 workers with a quality of living of 82%
-"Engineers House": housing 10 workers with a quality of living of 90%. Self-heating available.

You can circle in-game through the models once a building is selected with the keys Q and E

LOD's added.

Little story-roleplay:
Based on four buildings built by a mining company in northwestern Spain in the early and mid-20th century as miners' housing, company engineers' and chiefs' housing, and as company offices. Only one of them survives today as city facilities.

Made in Blender, textures from similar buildings and free donwload. Custom sound.

Can you change the quality of residential buildings to no higher than 89%? On full early start with research, anything 90%+ requires "Comfort Living" researched, but that's locked behind "Reinforced Panels" stage (which is only available after 1955), which itself is locked behind "Panel Construction" which is not available till 1941.
