Wolf Enterprise Designer Hotel

Disclaimer ahead this is only my seventh assets I have created and the only reason why I have published it is because of the lag of workshop hotels and the fact of how “unrealistic” the hotel prices are, so it feels a bit cheaty in form of game balancing but more to that below
Also in case bugs do appear I will try to smash them but be aware that there may not be fixed immediately

Electricity
The Building is powered by its own solar panel system there for doesn't require much additional power
(had to leave some requirement otherwise it didn't wanted to work)

Garbage
Well it's a big building, what do you expect? >_>

Day Cost for visitor ($400 – $1600)
So this is a bit more complicated because when I personally saw the day cost for the hotels I first thought “what the hell which drunk person designed this“ but then after some intense smooth braining it did make sense for like Game balancing reason which I personally don't like if you take it over realism but hey any way, so I decided to make it to a more realist fitting price, so it is expensive because after all it is a designer 5-star hotel, so yeah there are usually kinda pricey but if you don't like it too much you can still scale it down to a more “smaller” city like state

Helipad at the back
Well the plan is to make it possible for helis to land there but for now this won't be the case maybe in the future
Also yes this means the Helipad prop pack is optional for now it just looks weird without it

Assets
I tried to keep it as base game as possible and also as DLC friendly as possible, which speaking of which yes industries is technically optional it just misses a gate and a fence without it, if I missed something else just slam the name of it down in the commands.

Tris (something below 14k Tris)
Insert some big number I guess, I mean it won’t lag your game out that bad as long you don't build 15 next to each others…
