The Cell Games Arena from Dragon Ball Z! Art by NssVega! This stage has a unique ringout mechanic to it. Whenever a character is not within the Arena they begin to build up a countdown meter that when full will send them to the bottom blast zone. when a character is touching the floor outside the ring, the countdown meter builds up twice as fast so keep this in mind when returning to the ring!
